Era of “Internet of Things”

Nowadays everybody is talking about IoT (Internet of Things). It is a hot topic, but I do not see a good penetration of IoT into our daily lives yet. In my opinion, the problem is not the “internet” but “things”. I hope to see more “things” which are creative enough to be linked and accessed via Internet, rather than staying alone in the conventional way. Some examples?
